  •  Position: Director of Engineering - Core Technology Group
    • Location: Delhi, India

      Experience: 6-10 years

      Seeking an exceptional, highly technical Director of Engineering to grow and lead our Core Technology team. The Core Technology team is responsible for developing and supporting the base cloud platform and the frameworks on which the rest of the companies applications are built. The candidate must have a strong technical background and experience with developing large scale, Web based enterprise class business applications. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about technology and experienced in growing and leading a team of talented engineers.

        Hire and grow a talented team of engineers
        Work with the stakeholders to define requirements for the core platform
        Identify and create standardized frameworks that can be leveraged by other engineering application development teams
        Ensure the performance and scalability of a high growth supply chain application platform in the cloud
        Evangelize best practices and enforce sound coding standards
        Ensure the security of an enterprise class Web based business .application platform

        BS/MS in CS/EE (or equivalent experience)
        Minimum 15 years of software development experience and 8 years of engineering management experience.
        Experience with Java and related Java EE technologies and enterprise business applications.
        In-depth understanding of high performance and scalable architectures.
        Strong RDBMS skills (preferably with SQL Server).
        Natural leader who can motivate and challenge a team of talented developers.
        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
        Fluent with Agile development processes.
        Knowledge and experience in the domain of Logistics, Supply chain and Global Trade is a plus.
  •  Position: Manager - Replenishment
    • Location: Bengaluru, India

      Experience: 6-10 years

      Job Description:
        The role requires handling core supply chain and projects in the Replenishment domain.
        The role will interface with multiple stakeholders including Replenishment team, Sales/Marketing team and senior management team.
        This position will ensure increase in service level efficiency by value extraction and cost reduction measures.
        Experience either in planning or logistics or both is ideal.

      Skills and Experience:
        3-4 Yrs of core supply chain experience and 3-4 yrs of project management experience.
        Responsibility would include, both, supply chain and project management.
        Extensive exposure in the manufacturing set up preferably from FMCG/Consumer Durables is desired. However, experience in any manufacturing setup including
          Pharmaceuticals etc will be considered.
        Management background is desirable to deal with stake holders for the Organisation.
